MEET THE COACH

I have been active my entire life, whether it was martial arts, rugby, gymnastics, weight training, etc., up until I herniated my back when I was 25 after a freak work accident that left me unable to walk freely for about a year. I was told by doctors and specialists that I needed to undergo surgery or I would never be able to walk again without a cane. But instead I opted for physiotherapy and after a year the disk popped back in and was able to feel my leg again, and soon after I resumed lifting! Within a year I was competing in Crossfit, and later on in powerlifting. Throughout the years I leaned on my passion to help others overcome injuries and chronic pain and enjoy a life without physical limitations!
